This December we're going to three small islands in the Caribbean to have some super fun for a few days. Come with us. You will have a lot to talk about during Christmas after doing it.
Singles on board!
For this 8-night pre-Christmas singles cruise, we've chosen a beautiful cruise ship: the Miracle, by Carnival. On December 6th, we're getting together right after lunch to go on board (boarding is up to 3:30 pm, so don't take long). Up there, after our usual welcome speech, off we go!.
The Miracle is a large and enchanting cruise ship with 12 decks to explore and enjoy. It's features attractions for people of all ages, but let's concentrate in the adult fun on this page.
+ Those who like to exercise, bring your tennis shoes because on board of the Miracle you will be able to run in the middle of the ocean breathing the clean sea breeze. There is also a gym so you won't interrupt your exercise routine, or you can try a few laps in one of the swimming pools!
+ Those who want a little “me time” will be glad to know the Miracle has got a beautiful spa. Of course, you can also suntan while the ship smoothly hovers the waters of the Caribbean sea and take you to the next stop.
+ Those who like the arts will be also glad to know the Miracle has its own art gallery. Who knows? Maybe it could even help to break the ice with that beautiful single eyeing the original Picasso. All right, I was kidding about the Picasso part, but meeting someone in the art gallery is a definite possibility. Once you have said hello, the Miracle has many places to take a cup (either of coffee or a drink) and chat. The Miracle has a sports bar, a lounge and even a library where you can play your favorite board game.
+ Looking for top-shelf entertainment? Miracle's evening shows are a great way to enjoy yourself before going to the night club or trying your luck in the casino. If you get a table at the Mad Hatter's Ball you will also enjoy of uncontrollable laughter courtesy of their comedians.
One of the nice things about single cruises is that we're not boarding a cruise ship to just to admire the blue sea. The Miracle is taking us to three small yet incredible places in the Caribbean: St Maarten, St. Lucia and St. Kitts.
St. Maarten is a shared island. St. Maarten is the Dutch side and the French one is called St. Martin. The island is known for many things, one is the cheap prices of its duty free shops (up to fifty percent less, no kidding) and its water activities, like boating, fishing or kayaking. However, it doesn't mean that if you don't participate in any of these you will get bored, of course. Playing golf, horseback riding and hiking are as available as laying on the beach the whole morning.
While in St. Maarten, ask for a cup of guavaberry liquor. You won't find it anywhere else.
St. Lucia is known for its nature. If its sulfur springs are not astonishing by themselves, you can always start hiking until you can reach the spot in which you can do some bird or turtle watching or, if Lady Luck smiles at you, even watch a few whales.
Last but not least, coming with us you will come to the beautiful St. Kitts. In this island, the main activity is its sugar industry, but, for us, birdwatching and snorkeling is what’s happening, or you can go shopping, lay on the beach or take a city tour. Come on! You'll love it.
